The Axis was Germany, Italy and Japan.
Germany also had the following allies, not all of whom were voluntary:
* Hungary
* Romania
* Bulgaria
* Finland (largely based on the principle of "the enemy of my enemy is my
friend")
Spain, although neutral, provided one division (at least) of volunteers for
the Russian front.
Vichy France also provided volunteers, and in some areas like Syria were
decidedly pro-German.
Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland and Turkey managed to remain neutral, at least
in Europe. The Japanese did not recognise Portuguese neutrality when they
invaded East Timor and Macau in 1942. They didn't recognise the alliance
with Vichy France either.
Thailand became a less than voluntary ally of Imperial Japan, rather than
being yet another conquered nation.
