Other than the language, none. :)
No, wait, there is another difference. Germans usually come here by car,
and drive as if Dutch and German traffic laws are identical -- which they
aren't. Most noticable problem: most of Germany's highways don't have a
speed limit, while the Dutch highways do. Germans often don't realize that
and treat our highways like racing tracks, despite the signs we put up at
the border.
That is, they race until they get caught by the traffic police, and find
out exactly how high the fine is... <grin>
