There's a Hotel Canada ;-) Does that count?

I recall one or other French/International restaurant I've been to claiming
something about Quebecois-style, but that may be as generic as Cajun style.
Bound to be a restaurant somewhere here owned and/or operated by a Canadian
expat, too.
