This actually sort of happened to my father and his brother who were 
ironically restaurantuers. They were at Luchows a famous german restaurant in 
NYC. My uncle asked for ketsup for his weiner schnitzel and the waiter chased 
him out to the place (funny scene according to my father - One fat New Jersey 
Resaturant owner being chased by an even fatter german waiter.)
