Breaking the law

I have a friend who is quickly becoming an enemy. He has sent me some 3.51Mb program twice and it looks like a third time now since my download stream is taking forever again. He just doesn't get it. He's sent chain mail, pictures, sound files, (my brother sends me virus warnings from his job). I've YELLED at him to stop, I've bounced his junk back at him at a rate of 10x, I even put him on my refuse list, but that was with my last ISP. I don't even know how he has this email address.   Then he'll turn around and ask me for computer help cause he doesn't know what he's doing. I took him computer shopping once, showed him the best system for his price range. The next week I go to his house and he proudly displays his new 'puter which he got for 15% cheaper than my best price. One problem: it was a VESA system, when it was way obvious that the VESA was going the way of the Dodo. He then tried to say his wife made him buy it and somebody she worked with sold it to them. I offered him the price difference if he would take the computer back and buy him what I told him to get. Of course a year later he was crying because the system was failing and he couldn't get any help (his wife had a new job and couldn't get the person who sold her the computer).   Just venting.
