The worst case of goof of we ever had wasn't the internet at all. We were
using dumb terminals. The worst goof off I ever saw spent the day painting
her nails and yakking on the telephone with her friends. And falsifiying
productivity records (apparently her supervisor was in on it and got fired
along with her.)
