Believe me, they *can't* say their opinion "openly,
honestly and without any fear of ridicule" as long as
the PRC is a dictatorship. Brazil was a harsh
dictatoship from 1964-1980, and br citizens *never*
said their opinions "openly, honestly and without any
fear of ridicule".
