I think it's a good idea,DB obviously thinks it's a good idea too. there
are too may political and internatinal relations obstacles (law of the sea
treaties and so forth) for it to happen anytime soon. Dumping is dumping,
period, the way we earthilngs are interpreting it at the dawn of the
millennium.
