Hmmmm....

Everybody tips the waiter in the Restaurant, and why not?
(a) because it's a few percentage
(b) because not tipping gives you a bad name

Maybe it might be possible to come up with a pseudo-tax
system that uses accountability as an advantage. For
example, there is a law project here in Brazil to
overt*x an extra 5% in all restaurant bills and use this
money to eliminate hunger.

It might be made optional *and* accountable. Those that
don't accept it would have their names posted in the
Internet, and should give a good reason for not giving it.

If this works, maybe it could be used for all t*xes:
if you don't accept a t*x [say, if you don't want to
pay for the Minister/Secretary of Defense/War] you
would be listed among those that don't pay the defense
t*x, but you would have a chance to justify it [say,
you are a pacifist].

Hmmmm....
