Hmmmm.... I don't think so - at least for the islamic
countries. Their worldview is different, but people
are not expendable there. You can't use the millions
that died in their wars or the thousands that die in
suicidal attacks, because Western countries also send
millions to die in wars, and we highly value our
martyrs.
