Er, Dean, did you really read my post? Your beloved private industry is
exactly where this excessive self-enrichment takes place! The government is
not involved in determining the salaries and pay raises of top managers in
private industry.
So, why should we "embrace private industry" if these outrageous practices
take place in that same private industry?
