FYI, the top three posters in order are Gord, myself and John. But it
looks like if in the next couple of weeks John and I post at the same rate
we've been posting at this month, he'll catch up and pass me. Gord has
mostly dropped off the list for awhile, so it's possible that John could
become the top poster.

1000 posts total.
The first time rankings were ever posted, I was #7.
As far as "why" on any of this, all I can tell you about is my own pattern
-- I joined the list within a week of its inception, and just posted
steadily each month. I have theories about John and Gord, but I'll let
John at least speak for himself. (I've gotten e-mail from Gord off-list
recently, and he's pretty busy at the moment....)
