Yeah, well, that would be kinda hard to do. To get accurate data, you first
have to remove the "noise". You'd first have to save a post as a plain text
file, then delete headers, quoted text and sigs, then save the file again,
and then determine the size. Not a task to look forward to, when you
consider that the Great Brin-L Archive holds almost 73,000 (!) messages...

If you don't remove the noise first, a poster could reach first position in
a very short time just by quoting entire (and preferably long) messages.
