If you were addressing this to Mr. Giorgis, I think he's left on his
trip already, but as of last September, he did not, to my knowledge,
have a cellphone (and I think that if he had had one then, he'd have
given me the number to make it easier for us to coordinate getting
together for lunch) and he's already said at least once on-list that
when possible, he uses public transportation to get to and from work,
anyway. I'm wondering why anyone would make the assumption that John
would want to be using a cellphone driving on the Beltway anyway --
driving on the Beltway is hell enough of the time that if you could
avoid it, you probably would.
