One other point on this. Didn't Barbara say, in reference to Hillary,
"rhymes with witch" on the Today show early on in the campaign? I really
think what resonated was the disgust with Bill disgracing the Oval office
by using it for...well you know. IIRC, honor and decency were as or more
prominent as civility in Bush's statements.
