There's a good idea.  Not one I personally need for this, but still a
good idea.

I've copied it over to a text file and am working with the editor I'm
most comfortable for this sort of thing, and I'll be able to copy just
the <book#>=<rating> part into e-mails every so often to send.  (If I
wait until I get through the whole thing, it'll never get sent, but if I
just wait until I have 100 or more actually rated and send a block and
make note of where that block ended, I'll have something for Erik every
couple of days or so.)
