You could try the free webspace provider that I use. It is at: www.f2s.com
They are based near London and offer 20 MB of free space, advertisement
free.
I have found the site to always be available, but occasionally my website
there will load a little slower than normal during peak usage.
Your website URL there could be: www.brin-l.f2s.com
I have space for several sites there and use a URL redirector of my domain
name. You could register your domain Brin-L for $13.95 a year at
www.registrationmania.com and have that URL redirected to whatever site you
choose.
My daughters website, www.taylornunn.com is transparently redirected to
www.taylornunn.f2s.com
I am sure that they have a maximum bandwidth policy, but I have never had to
deal with it.
Check it out.
