Sure. I was going to if no one could provide an off the cuff response...but
I expected that someone would have enjoyed doing this. The Mouse that
Roared is about the duchy of Grand Fenwick, a country that was in desperate
financial straights. Looking at all the money the US pored into Japan and
West Germany, they decided to attack the US, lose, and gain tons of aid.
They accidently capture the Q-bomb, but the story sorta falls apart there.
What I was getting at, was that the US now tends to rebuild countries that
it totally defeats.
