Depite what many of the religious leaders in the Middle
East claim, Islam does *not* equal dictatorship,
theocracy, or oppression of your own people and anybody
in your country who is different. At most, the Allies
might end up rolling back dictatorships and theocracies
that pervert Islam to their own advantage, but not Islam
itself.

Yes, but Nazism *did* change from a movement controlling
large areas of Europe, to a fringe group for
disenfranchised youths.

I'm afraid you're right about that. Sanctions have only
managed to make Hussein even more powerful, and his people
even more poor.
