OK, change "Syria" to "Hezbollah". Hezbollah will call it "preemptive
measures" (because it will prevent Israel from attacking them), but Israel
will not see it that way.

Where? When?

Have you ever seen footage of starving people in, say, Ethiopia? They hardly
had the strength to hold up a bowl of food, let alone a weapon.
