I think what Dan was looking for were instances onlist of such behavior. In the world 
at large there are people who respond as you have described. But I would argue that 
this is less frequent than you would suggest. I would also suggest that there is a 
great deal of anti-semitism in the world and that anti-semites are virtually always 
anti-israel.
