I think we will end up with two wildly different types of e-mail. One will
be plain text only, the other will allow you to include all kinds of
multimedia you can think of. Who knows, maybe it will even display the head
of the sender of the message, reading the message to you.

Or maybe we will be so sick and tired of all that stuff that we will return
to visiting each other in person to communicate, rather than sending
messages...

An increase in quality would be nice. Now, if that would be accompanied by a
drop in *quantity*, that would be even better. OK, I doubt that will happen,
but one can dream, right?   :-)
