Yes. Article 2, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution reads:

"No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, 
at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the 
Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who 
shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen 
Years a Resident within the United States."


I personally think this is wrong, and that any U.S. citizen, native-born or 
naturalized, should be eligible for election to the presidency. For the same 
reason I strongly oppose term limits - they artificially limit who the public 
can democratically elect to office. If a naturalized American is the best 
choice for President, we should have the right to elect him. Couldn't be 
worse than the present occupant of the office.
