Some services are putting bandwidth caps on certain types of downloads. So even tho you could connect at broadband speeds, the service is restricting you. The MPAA, or RIAA, and DMCA wouldn't have anything to do with it. No they would have a hand in any of this. ADSL is better at any rate, you always get a consistent speed.
