Well, GW Bush has not yet tried to add extra justices to the Supreme Court
in order to pass his legislative agenda.
As great as FDR was on so many counts, that stunt means to me that FDR
should always have a big fat asterisk next to his record.

rated as "a failure, by his own admission."
