Well, I was already working on a post regarding Israel's response. Israel retaliated by blowing up a building of (IIRC) the "Voice of Palestine" radiostation again. Personally I consider this a totally unwarranted response. A crime was committed by a Palestinian, and he was subsequently killed by the authorities. I do not see why Israel is not satisfied by getting the terrorist. I do see something else, though. Israel destroyed an other building of the "Voice of Palestine" radiostation about a month ago. Jon Gabriel earlier posted a report that said Israel refused to give new press cards to Palestinian journalists. All this combined gives a very strong impression that Israel is trying to silence the Palestinian media, and will use any action by Palestinians as an excuse to continue this practice. If this continues, we might end up with the Israeli media being the only ones to report from the Occupied Territories. And that, in turn, gives me the destinct impression that Israel is planning on doing things there that it does not want the world to know about.
