Jereon, I thought that you of all people would understand that one cannot
prove a negative.   Exactly how does one find an example of the American
mainstream media *not* reporting that "Citizens of the Netherlands were
more interested in the Championship Round of the European Premiere Soccer
League, rather than the debate in the Dutch Parliament over whether the
Netherlands should fulfill their obligations under the North Atlantic
Treaty in the War on Terrorism?"

At any rate, I think that the universal reaction of shock by the Americans
on this List at the bigotry inherent in a comment that was described by you
as being typical of the Dutch Media speaks for itself.

Sure, it doesn't convince you - but not much does.
