The problem with that answer is that "attacking innocent civilians" is EXACTLY what the Palestinians are doing when they do things like shoot up a bat mitzvah or set off a bomb at a bus stop. Also, if as you say the Palestinians "have the right to fight Israel," who specifically is the "Israel" they have a right to fight? Only those currently on active duty in the uniformed armed forces?
