There is a drink I saw (but did not partake of) in Scotland called a "Brain 
Hemorrhage". A cream based liquere is poured into a glass of Scotch. The cream curdles 
and makes a blobby thing that looks vaguely brain like floating in the scotch. Pour in 
some cherry syrup and you have a brain hemorrhage (yummy)
