That isn't really recorded. I suppose there are some Edomites back in there also (related to Jacob). And I also suppose there was the 10 tribe kingdom of Israel, which was conquered and assimilated by outsiders. The Philistines were another name for cananites. The Romans named the land they conquered 'Palestine' mainly to irritate the Jews living there.
