I would also like to point out that this list is in need of some new blood. We (for the most part) know each other too well and the discussions (arguments) have degenerated into the "same old thing". I really dread the idea of the list becoming the "John, Jeroen, Dan, and Gautam show". John is guilty of being "himself" and Jeroen is guilty of being "himself". Why do we expect them to be any different than what we have seen from them in the past? I think some acceptance is in order. This comes from one who has been very critical of both of them at times.
