I do eh did the breastfeeding lying down on one side in bed. But then again I haven't 
been doing much breast feeding anyway since I never had enough milk. It was much 
easier to use the breast pump to keep the flow going and get Tom a decent meal. Since 
a few days Tom doesn't want it anymore. I guess too much effort for too little milk.

It just occured to me you could use a bookstand.Saves you from holding the book in 
your hand and you can easily turn the pages.
