Ilana Halupovich. 42 years old this summer. Born in Latvia Republic of
Soviet Union, living in Israel with my family from 7-Sept-1973. First Brin
book - Postman, favorite Brin book - Earth, least favorite - Otherness, most
hated - Comet something. High school, Army, college, I work with computers
at the same place for last 16 years. Bookacholic, but mostly Charles de
Lint, Spider Robinson, Terry Pratchett, David Morrell, Jeffry Archer, Kay
Nolte Smith, Tepper, Ann McCaffrey, Donald Hamilton and everything with cats
in it. (I, probably, need to mention those who does not write anymore :-( -
Heinlein, Marion Zimmer Bradley, Zelazny, Fredric Brown, Astrid Lindgren,
Fenimor Cooper, Robert Young, Ayn Rand). If it is printed in Russian or
Hebrew or English I am ready to read it, or, at least, to try to read it.
:-) Single with cat named Oscar (for the one from The Glory Road). I have a
married brother with two adorable daughters and eight first cousins, most of
them in Israel, most of them also married with children. I also have
relatives in Latvia, Russia, Canada, US, UK, Germany, Holland (most of them
immigrants from ex-SU - so no communication problems).
