Thanks for the link! On that site there is mention of Marc Smith's book _Communities in Cyberspace_. It gets quite good reviews (4 out of 5 stars at Amazon US and 5 out of 5 stars at Amazon UK). Have you read it? If so, what is your opinion on this book? I am considering ordering it, but at that price I want to be sure it is worth the money. The lowest price I could find was EUR 43.15, which by Dutch standards is a hell of a lot of money for only 328 pages. Compare: the average paperback novel (like DB's for example) sell for a third of that amount.
