Here it's not the e-tag mounted in the car that gives you away it's the speed camera devices that are set up. We have a couple of tunnels where you WILL get booked if you exceed the posted speed limit. It's been fun a couple of times to see some hoon race past, knowing that he's gonna get a letter requesting $160.00 or so, along with the pretty picture of his car. But yes, they could do exactly the same just by monitoring the e-tags in a time over distance section. Brett
