I'm very peeved at being omitted from this list of predictions! I'm sure I would have said something very helpful about how it was all the unintended consequence of a tragic misunderstanding among the mailservers, which didn't really mean to hold up your mail but which got bogged down in an ego-fueled disagreement about exchange protocols!
