Let's see. You've had that particular address for not too long, so they
haven't had time to try to see if your address is a valid one. Same
here.
I don't know how many addresses there are associated with your domain,
but I think that a domain with more addresses is more likely to be
targeted for testing of potential addresses for spam purposes. The
domain I'm using here has less than a handful of addresses besides the
usual ones that ought to work (postmaster, admin, etc.) for any domain.
(A handful being 5, by my reckoning, having 4 or fewer addresses
constitutes "less than a handful".)
