Yep. In win9x before I turned off java, internet explorer crashed anytime, all the time. Then I turned it off, and lo and behold, I could more have than 50 different IE windows open at the same time for weeks at a time. Then I moved to NT. I've crashed IE in NT twice (this did not crash NT), and I ussually at any given time have 3 to 10 windows open, sometimes as many as a hundred. In addition to whatever else I am doing at the time. And it is important because of IE-Explorer integration in Win95c+. Crashing IE would crash explorer.........(98lite.net) I have absolutely no use for JavaScript, spawn of evil that it is. > Now Java (or rather, MS' implementation) that's another kettle of fish..
