Funny.  It's only fatal in NT/2000/XP and Not in 95/98/ME.  In 9x you can
sometimes (66%) somewhat recover from a 'blue screen', but this blue
screen in win9x is not _THE_ BSOD, which is only present in NT/2K/XP.

It's the browser integrated with windows explorer.  When they are not
integrated, crashing IE does not crash windows explorer.  When it, is it
does.  This is usually semi-fatal in 9x and NOT  in NT/2k/XP.
