That is actually roughly accurate.   Black and Latino birth rates are
significantly higher than Caucasian birth rates in this country.

Indeed, I think that it is becoming fairly evident that the future of
humanity is probably not a Caucasian one.   Given the worldwide differences
in birth rates, the various Caucasian races will probably almost certainly
be composing a smaller and smaller percentage of the population worldwide
and within their own countries.   

What effect this will have can really only be speculated upon.
