Come on Damn. Fuck does not mean rape. And it was obviously not used to
mean that by anyone here recently. It was used perfectly clearly and
appropriately on the list by a few people, and I undersstood exactly
what they meant.  If you didn't, then perhaps you need to read more
carefully. It most certainly had meaning. Writing to each other as we
do, informally, it is perfectly okay, even intelligent, to use any word
that helps to get your point across.

And even if it didn't, it is silliness to chastise people for using
a word. Words are words.  Chastising someone for using a certain
word would be as silly as me chastising you for misspelling my name
repeatedly, despite the fact that it is printed correctly at least 3
times in every one of my messages. Wait, doh!
