I was going to say that even an outline of a proposal was a vast 
improvement, but events caught up with me before I started typing. The Arab 
states have unanimously accepted the Saudi peace proposal.

Israel has already said it finds the proposal unacceptable, but I doubt 
anyone was expecting anything else from the Israeli regime...   :-(
