The "fishy" lawsuit is not the first. Although I do not recall all the details... in the profession of physical therapy someone made disparaging comments about a company called HealthSouth and (from what I can recall) got their butts kicked. Still sends chills through some of our mailing lists (and kept some lawyers happy). Dee
