I don't think it is with this proposed Act. I believe that the intent of
this law was to make try to make the problem 'disappear'. I don't see that
happening. There will always be those things offensive to most, that turn
others on. Taboo is perhaps the greater aphrodiasiac. 
I think it would be better for the porn to be allowed, and let society track
and monitor those who suffer from such pathos. It already happens now.
virtual child porn could make it easier for 'them' to find it, but 'they'
put themselves at greater risk. Imagine child porn simulators/trojan horses
that announce, identify and then notify authorities. Sting operations, using
fake porn as bait for real porn. I believe we may have something to gain by
keeping it legal.
