Definitive? Hardly, but it is very one sided.

As the article says:
That document says (in Article XIV, Paragraph 4) that no one other than the
Palestinian police force and Israeli military may "manufacture, sell,
acquire, possess, import or otherwise introduce into the West Bank or the
Gaza Strip any firearms, ammunition, weapons, explosives, gunpowder or any
related equipment."

Note the phrase "Israeli military". Now, just reflect on any TV footage you
see of Israeli settlers - what are they almost invariably carrying? An Uzi,
or an M16 or a Steyr? Sure, self protection, but equally in breach of the
Oslo agreement. They are also the ones who are illegally occupying
Palestinian territory. Kettle is black, says the pot.

And what about the rest of Israel? There are plenty of guns there in
civilian hands. Why shouldn't they equally be removed? I'm sure they will
be, right after all guns are handed in in the US.

And, what was Sharon's reaction to any terror? Destroy the infrastructure of
the Palestinian Authority (eg, shoot the police) and then complain that
Arafat can't control his people. Helpful, no? Sharon and Netanyahu do not
want anything to do with the Oslo accords either. Never did.
