Me. About a month ago. And I posted it here. But
nobody seemed to pay attention.

BTW, he also wants to have the UN investigate _USA's_
deposits of chemical and biological weapons...

The shameful part is that this brazilian diplomat gets *no*
backing up from gov.br. Or maybe he gets, I read
today that gov.br would not support the USA in the
human rights petition against the democratically
elected g*vernment of Cuba <grin>
