I'd just like to say that I saw the thread title, and was looking forward to talking about Peter Parker, your friendly neighborhood Spiderman. Imagine my disappointment when it was yet another "Jeroen is a stinky jerkhead" thread. :-) Soooo, anyone want to talk about our favorite Wall-Crawler? Anyone reading JMS's take on him, or the fun new run on _Peter Parker, the Spectacular Spiderman_, or will Toby McGuire be a good Peter Parker? I only read JMS's ASM #36, the 9/11 issue, which was very good, except for the whole Doctor Doom crying thing. (I am, however, reading JMS's other works for Top Cow, Midnight Nation and Rising Stars, which have both been *excellent*. Even if you think comics are a child's medium, please give these a look. You'll thank me.) Peter Parker's been good, and I think Toby will turn out to be a great choice. Of course, I'll know for sure in a couple of weeks.
