If you don't, you will be forced to repaint your house or lose it. The bottom line is that you agree in writing, when you buy the house, to these provisions. It is _very_ hard to get a lawyer good enough to void them. With late fees, etc., you practically end up paying their legal bills anyways. Dan M.
