A couple of other interesting comic/comic-related books coming out for those of you maybe not aware of them:
_Comic Wars:How Two Tycoons Battled over the Marvel Comics Empire - and Both Lost_ Why you should get it It's a 320 page book by Dan Raviv, a CBS reporter who has written several books about US-Israeli relations. It details how Ron Perelman and Carl Icahn both madea mess of Marvel comics in the 90's. Sounds interesting. _Murder Mysteries_ Why you should get it: It's a hardcover graphic adaptation of a short story by Neil Gaiman. Gaiman's best work, IMO, is done in short story form. It's the story of the first murder. No, not the death of Abel, but the first murder among the angels. P. Craig Russell does the art; he's one of my favorite artists. And it's only $14 American, pretty reasonable for a hardcover GN. Jim ------------------------------------------------
