Noonan is a political consultant for the West Wing.  She and DeeDee Myers 
are listed in the credits for every ep. Noonan currently writes a column for 
the Wall Street Journal, is quite politically savvy and is moderately 
conservative in her viewpoint.  I don't know if I personally agree with her 
being called the "best in America," although she is certainly the most 
prominently publicized.  I think the writings of Reaganites Josh Gilder and 
Peter Robinson are far superior.

The young woman was an assistant named Michellesomethingorother.  I think 
they added her in primarily for her "riding the Sizzler with Alan Greenspan 
story."

You could have blinked and missed Karl Rove   The only clip they showed with 
him was less than 20 seconds. :-(
